Collecting notebooks, LETTERS AND DIARIES WRITTEN BY CHILDREN allows us to share a vital historical, social and pedagogical legacy: the voices of the young generations of the past.
We are always looking for donations and loans of notebooks, diaries, letters and other documents from childhood and adolescence from all over the world.
These documents are precious for exploring the thoughts and daily lives of children and young people from different times and places, and for studying the history and culture of education.
We preserve, catalogue and inventory the notebooks in our archive, and use them to create cultural and social initiatives.
We also digitise and catalogue the loaned material, and return it to the owners within a few months.
